The terms governing your use of CareerXP's website and programs.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CareerXP website and enrollment in any CareerXP training or placement-support program. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
CareerXP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides technical training programs (including AI-Powered MERN Full-Stack, AI-Powered DSA, and Bootcamp tracks) along with placement support, as described on our Courses and Placements pages. Specific program duration, fees, and curriculum are as stated on the relevant course page at the time of enrollment.
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law, to enroll in a CareerXP program.
Enrollment is confirmed only once the applicable course fee (or agreed installment) is received. Course fees, payment schedules, and any discounts are as communicated at the time of enrollment.
Our Placement Commitment and refund terms are governed separately by our Placement Commitment & Refund Eligibility Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Please read it in full before enrolling.
To get the most from a CareerXP program — and to remain eligible for placement support and any applicable refund — candidates are expected to maintain the attendance, assignment-completion, and professional-conduct standards described in our Refund Policy. CareerXP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to a program in cases of serious misconduct, dishonesty, or violation of these Terms.
All course materials, curriculum content, videos, and related resources provided during a CareerXP program are the intellectual property of CareerXP (or its licensors) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell course materials without our written permission.
CareerXP provides training, mentorship, interview preparation, and placement support. CareerXP does not guarantee a job offer or employment with any specific company. Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers based on their own requirements and evaluation process. Our Placement Commitment (see the Refund Policy) describes the specific, limited circumstances under which a placement-support fee refund may apply — it is not a guarantee of employment.
Payments made through this website are processed by a third-party payment gateway. CareerXP does not store your full payment card or bank account details. All refund requests are handled exclusively under the terms of our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareerXP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of income or employment opportunities.
CareerXP may suspend or terminate your access to a program for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers other candidates, staff, or hiring partners. You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CareerXP's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of .
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
